Adults need alarm clocks to wake them up and get them out of bed in the morning, but energetic toddlers and young children need no such assistance.
Quite the opposite – kids and toddlers need a clock that tell them when they should be staying in bed.
I set up this site because my sanity was saved by a sleep training clock that dealt with my child’s very early waking – and yours could be too.
Before you buy your new sleep training clock, there are a few features you need to consider:

Sleep training clocks work by giving your child a visual clue as to whether they should be staying in bed, or getting up to play.
Often they will wake early in the morning and although it is light, it is still too early to get out of bed.
But by the time they have got up to ask you if it is morning time, they will be wide awake and may find it difficult to get back off to sleep.
By placing a sleep training clock in the child’s bedroom, you give them the opportunity to judge for themselves whether it is time to wake up, making it easier for them to stay in bed all night long.
